Deposits and Surcharges

We charge a 'booking' deposit of £75 per week which is payable immmediately to confirm your booking. This deposit is refundable within 7 days of your holiday, subject of course, to the house being left in reasonable condition.

The prices quoted here are for one week (7 nights) and based on a 2 week (14night) stay

Sorry, but no children under five, smokers or pets...

Payment

The cost of the holiday rental itself is payable 6 weeks prior to travel

Linen & Towels

Linen is available at an extra cost of £25 per week (for a maximum of 4 people) to cover towels, duvet and pillow covers however please provide your own beach towels.
